Hi Experts,

Is it possible for an user to delete an ad-hoc report that has already been shared with multiple users in Employee Central?

Assuming: The user has RBP permissions to delete.

You should be able define the validity period of the report, similar to defining for spool output.

yes report can still be deleted. or you can unshare the report to the users Go to Analytics > Adhoc Reports 2. Search for a report that was shared with users 3. Open the share dialog for this report and delete any existing shares 4. The list of users with whom this report has been shared, should be updated correctly now
