Let me be more specific.
I have performed the System copy as per the note 1844468 - Homogeneous system copy on SAP HANA
1. Schema name in QAS is SAPQAS
2. Schmea name in PRD is SAPPRD
Now, I have performed the copy as per the above mentioned Note.
Before Copy: Schema name in QAS is SAPQAS.
After Copy: Schema name in QAS is SAPPRD.
Now, I want to convert the new SAPPRD schema that is present in QAS to SAPQAS.
This is same like schema conversion in MSSQL & ORACLE DB after copy.

I don't thing it is required after system copy in HANA , Is there any specific requirement for this.

This is possible if you do schema export and import with the rename schema option from the HANA studio. Else you will need to do the system copy using R3load based export/import and not using backup and restore option of sapinst.
Hi Lars,
We have the same Issue. Strange the sapinst procedure is asking you're schema details (TARGET and SOURCE) but not converting to Original schema name of the target.
Like you should the same schema name for your different systems.
Can you share what option you took to put to original state ?
Thx
Erent

As Lars rightly told, your question is not clear enough.
I know something called Schema mapping which is done when the physical schema in the target system is not the same as the physical
Creating a mapping in the Target system between the Authoring schema and Physical schema but I believe that is not what you are looking forward, isn't it?

Hi Pavan,
Please check the system copy/refresh guide for HANA.
As per the guide
Enter the schema names and the passwords that match the data in the backup. For example, if you install a system DEV and use a backup of the system PRD for the installation, you must specify SAPPRD as the schema in the dialogs, not SAPDEV
So why you required the Schema change.

No idea what your questions even mean.
What do you mean by "HANA DB refresh"?
What kind of schema conversion do you want to do? What for?
