Hi guys,
I have logged in into customers tenant and created a Service Agent (for sure I have assigned Workcenters). The thing is that when trying to login, I am getting an error message which says: "System is currently unavailable for general use (maintenance only)".
Does anybody know how to solve this? Has anyone experienced something similar?
I am attaching the screenshot so you can see it, however there is not much value that it can add.

I tracked your incident down and talked to the processor. As per his statement , the issue has been solved and everything is working fine now.

Hi Alejandro,
the system is most likely on weekend maintenance and therefore in Maintenance Mode for a couple of hours from Friday night / Saturday morning on. Please try later again. The maintenance windows is dependent on the time zone.
