Hi All,

I have installed SWM 5.3 & SWM 6.2 in one system and also installed Agentry standalone server and SMP server.

When I connected to SMP server and SWM 6.2 app there is no issue and I am able to work with the application.

But when I try to connect to SWM 5.3 application, I could not able to download work orders into the device. There seems no issue with the front end application but I couldn't get work orders into the device.

Please see the attached screen snap and suggest me for the resolution.

How can we maintain SWM 5.3 and SWM 6.2 applications in single environment.

Is it is possible, if possible what would be the recommended way of doing it.

Do you have any errors in SAP Application log. Based on the screenshot it appears that you have completed the Sync once and this seems to be subsequent Sync - can you clarify.

Hi Chandra,

Thanks for the response.

I haven't seen any error in applictaion log and I am synching the applictaion second time.

First time the sync had been completed and I dont have any data on the device. So tried to sync the app again and strucked with above error.

Please suggest.
