ETM - Personnel planning

Is it possible to plan human resources through ETM. In the report J4GM-Material Stock, I can see a radio button "Available Personnel".

Any suggestions on how to map this process.

As such there is no scenario which is to be mapped here . The HR personel number here is entered into the Equipment master and the Requisition note in order to validate the operator of the equipment

during ETM document creation . During the confirmation of requirements using change list or planning board the HR personnel number field (pernr) is verified against the one maintained in the equipment master .
