Issue in J1IJ

Dear Experts,

I am getting below Issue while doing J1IJ.

After in-warding the stock at depot (MIGO) with excise, stock is showing properly in J1IDEPOTSTOCK1  T.code.

Then I am selling the same material to customer from depot, After creating sales order delivery and PGI has been posted. Then while posting J1IJ (RG23 register update) with respect to that delivery stock is not showing properly while doing J1IJ at depot.

Kindly suggest what can be the cause of the issue.

You will just refer the Mother excise invoice in J1IJ after entering the quantity, where is the stock not showing properly. In J1IJ or J1IDEPOTSTOCK1 or in J_1IRG23D register.

Share the screenshots by highlighting your issue for better understanding.

Is it an error in J1IJ or a mismatch in quantity? Please show what is the difference in stock. Also show screenshot to substantiate your issue.

.Please check Excise duties are properly captured or not while doing MIGO?

If inward the stock to Depot through STO then check whether you have completed JIIG after MIGO?

Also check if you inward the stock through Domestic vendor or through out side country vendor during MIGO, whether the Excise tab is appeared or not.

Please check the above two checks and try once again you will get the ref document while doing J1IJ.
