SAP Cloud For Customer : Connection between C4C and HCP not working

Hi Experts,

We have integrated HCP (HANA Cloud Platform) and C4C using Odata service and its working fine for Ticket Creation , Display all tickets before 1505 released.

After 1505 we are not able to connect C4C and HCP and when we open SAPUI5 application in HCP error list we are getting below error message.

"Could not establish TLS/SSL connection to host https://myXXXXXX.crm.ondemand.com. Reason: peer not authenticated"


I have tested all OData service working in C4C system but in HCP its give "No data Found" and getting above error in error log.

If anyone has any inputs for resolving this issue kindly provide the same

@Ginger Gatling , @Pushkar Ranjan ,@Rei Kasai   @Prabhat Raman  we have raised an incident to cloud support team but we haven't got any solution yet, appreciate if you look into Incident : 3100871790.

Yes Ginger,

We have setup a call with SAP and fix this. Now Ticket Creation and all functionality working fine.

I will check and update this post with solution so if anyone have similar issue then fix that.

hello everybody,

we have a similar problem, but we cannot see the services.

We see an error: "forbidden"

how did u fixed thie problem?

any suggestion?

Hi Alessandro,


Sorry for delay Ginger Gatling..


Please check below screen and set these properties into HCP at Destination.

Also after adding above properties if it is not working than try to add below more.

Also check the below setting in HCP

1) Check your neo.json file with correct destination name or not

2) Check if you are using correct username and password into destination with authorization in C4C or not

               I am working on a scenario where We have to integrate HCP (HANA Cloud Platform) and C4C using Odata service, for Ticket Creation. Please help us on how to create the ticket and send it to c4c
