GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE jobs are failing

Hi,

We have below jobs in our GRC system that are cancelled due to the following error

"Firefighter log update already running for connector". Can any one help with few inputs to trouble shoot this issue

Please cancell the existing jobs and define new job for SPM log syn update and it will work.

cancel existing running FF log update job which might be in loop.

could you check the status of the previous instance of the same job. it might happen that, the previous job would have locked the tables, and the subsequent job is trying to update these tables.

This happens due to long run time, of the previous job. eg. run time exceeds the gap between 2 jobs.

So, you can give more gap between 2 runs of this job. Could you share the ST22 error, of this job
