Hi Team,

ISSUES in Integration directory. Would you please help on this?

Please note we are using PI 7.4 dual stack system.

ISSUE 1: Unable to Create Business Component or Business system

Step 1:  When we are trying to create new Business component or Business System, it goes to into waiting state or loading state for minimum 5 mins.

Issue 2:   When we try to include Interface name into Business component or when we are trying

To create new ICO and include communication component into it, It goes into loading state for several

Minutes and then displays error. Please find the screen shots of error and loading state.

Hello Binod,

Just to make sure, but have you mentioned the Business system names in your SLD configuration?

I know this is an obvious thing to be done....but just asked as a mark of confirmation.

If yes, then please remove them and add them again into your SLD components.

Hi Souvik,

we have added the same but the problem is that it is very slow to display even after we have rebooted the system many times.

Thanks,

Binod

Hello Binod,

Ok, then the only problem is that the number of Business Systems in SLD must have been too much and hence it has got overloaded. This can also be verified from the fact that in Repository, there is a 500 code error which indicates that the memory is full of cookies (in lay man's term). Hence the java stack is taking time to upload the Business systems and components.

So the only solution lies here that, please contact BASIS team and increase the memory (preferably for both JAVA and ABAP stacks) in PI.

Hi Both,

Thanks for your reply. We tried both of the suggested tasks but unfortunately this does not help.

Please suggest.

Thanks,

Hi Binod,

Check if you can do full CPA cache refresh, if you have the same problems check this note  1670123 - CPA Cache not updated with directory data - HTTP 500: Internal Server Error

Hi Binod,

First check the cache status and any server down, then Maintain the role SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER for the user is  PIDIRXXX,

Then go to PFCG transaction and generate the profile then able to test the cache with green status try now.
