Create a service to Contract Account

Hi,

Someone can help me in understand the RMCA master data structure. I know that exist BP and CA and I want to know how can I link a mobile service, telephone number or internet service to the CA.

Any documentation about this topic?

Hi Guido,

Phone line, mobile service, internet service etc. are/should be item properties of provider contract.

Provider contract is level on which you connect all technical services related to your customer defined by business partner and contract account. Every provider contract is related to just one contract account and one contract account is related to one or more provider contracts (depending on solution of implementation for provider contract you implemented in SAP CRM).

So, you should be able to fine tones of documentation, just use keywords RMCA masterdata, FICA masterdata, SAP CRM masterdata etc...
