Hi,
Am new to SAP BODS, Could you help me to understand the difference between Data services Scheduler and BOE Scheduler options. To schedule the Batch job in Data services management console.
Thanks in Advance !
DS scheduler is time-based only, i.e. you can only schedule jobs to run at certain points in time.
BIP scheduler also allows for event-based scheduling. You can schedule a job to run after something happened, e.g.a report has run, a file has arrived...

Hi
Data services Scheduler: it creates an entry in the operating system's scheduling utility on the Job Server computer itself.
Use BOE Scheduler if you using SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence platform and you want to manage your SAP Business Objects Data Services job schedules in that application.
To use the BOE Scheduler first create a connection to a Central Management Server , then configure the schedule to use that server.
Thanks,
Titto Antony
