Unable to attach html template to workflow

Hi pros,

I try to make a workflow notification to send an email, but I can't attach html template to a workflow rule. I get this error:

But html format is allowed:

And S/MIME is activated:

How can I fix this?

Hi,

I had a similar issue previously. There are actually a number of different Mime types for HTML document depending how you created it.

If for e.g. you created a HTML document using Microsoft Word and saved it with file type .html then that is a different option in C4C.

Have a look at Mime Type Code 10082 and 10085 and check if you have them set to allowed.

Hi Nadezhda,


You might have not allowed MIME Type code 10082 in Business Configuration.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Select the Overview view.
  3. Search for activity “Allowed MIME Types for Document Upload” and open it.
  4. You can see that the mime type code 10082, Text/HTML document, as not allowed.
  5. Check the box in the Allowed column.
  6. Click on Save and Close.

Please check if you still get the error messages.
