Order type SD is not in table /DBM/C_ORDERTP

Dear Gurus,

            we are activating the vehicle sales process for one of our clients. When we are trying to create a vehicle order the following error pops up

"Order type SD is not in table /DBM/C_ORDERTP"

We have already maintained the required event determination in the criteria table /DBM/OE_EVAC_ENG. kindly help us in resolving this error.

Hi Gobi,

Please check your Order type customizing, and assing a Sales Documentum Type. Maybe it's missing.

What exactly that you click when you get this error, if this error appears check whether the configuration of define order type, open the order type that you are using.. see whether the control code is defined as "SD" for your order type.

Hi Gobi,

As said by Sachin please check if Control code "SD" is defined for the order type in path - /dbm/spro - Order - Order type - Define Order type.

Also, please check if there is any z validation or enhancement done.

Dear Praveen,

              There was a Z validation which was preventing the order from getting created. It is rectified now. Thanks for the help.
