Hi everyone,
I was able to resolve the error reading : SAP note 1054467
What i did:
I added this Instance "rdisp/tolerate_loopback_addr = 1" in the last lineof Instance Profile file (<SID>DVEBMGS00_<hostname>).
Path of file: C:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\profile
Thank You everyone for help!

Hi Jamil.
Stop the installation, Just do the full system restart and then try again in the same phase.

Hi,
The main problem is here:
*** DP_FATAL_ERROR => DpMsAttach: local hostname 'bassam' is resolved to loopback address (cf. SAP note 1054467 for details)
You can check the details from the SAP note mentioned.
To resolve this maintain your hosts file and delete/comment entries for 127.0.0.1 localhost.
After that run ipconfig /flushdns (if you are using DNS) and restart your OS.

I am not a basis guy can you please elaborate on the steps how do I do this. I have commented out the row in host file and tried again it gives the same error.
Regards,
Bassam
