Dear Experts,

ITS PRD.when executing AFAB T-code it is throwing DUMP.

Category                   Installation Errors

Runtime Errors         DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR

The intresting thing is that QAS is copy of PRD there is no error and this error is only for specific company code. Please find the attachment.
I found DBSL upgradation needed which cant be as of now.PFA of ST22.

Hi Sharad,

Please perform Kernel upgrade if the level in QAS is not same as PRD.

Else if you wish you can upgrade DBSL patch alone.

Installing the Database Shared Library (DBSL) - Modeling - SAP Library

The procedure is same as Kernel upgrade.

Stop SAP

Backup Kernel directory

Uncar the SAR file

Paste the extracted files in exe folder

Start the SAP

Check the version

Hi Sharad,

Do you mean SGEN? No need to run SGEN after kernel upgrade.

Hello Sharad,

You have probably identified OSS Note #2103530 as being relevant to your dump.

You mention that it works fine on QAS but you have the problem on production. Have you checked the dbsl version on both systems (SAPGUI => System => Status) ?

I noticed that you are running 720 pl401 which is very very old. You should at least consider going to the 742 kernel.

Other than that there's not much I can bring to the table.
