No authorization to start the Web Application Designer 7.0

Hi

What kind of authorization do I need to give to one of my users to develop in Web Application Designer 7.0?

Unless I give him SAP_ALL he gets this error message when he tries to log on:

"You do not have authorization to start the Web Application Designer 7.0"

We tried to create a role TEST that contains access to create or generate, change, display, delete, execute, entere, include, assign and maintain webtemplates but it doesn't seem to affect the error message.

Any suggestions?

Are you giving authorization for S_RS_BTMP auth object?

try using the SAP delivered template Report Developer to insert the authorizations and see whetehr that works.
