Hi APO experts,
Currently we have a problem of hanging Orders in APO. Because of changes made in the production Order in R/3, this order is hanging and cannot be reconciliated via Delta report. This causes inconsistencies between R/3 and APO.
The Production Order is Cofirmed and now it is now remove in MD04 view in R/3.
Please help on how to delete this orders.
Thanks in Advance,
Raymond
Hi Raymond
Does the production order in APO still have connection with R/3 PP Order ?
(If you look at the production order in APO via T-cd /SAPAPO/OM16 or OM19,
it still have value in ORDER MAP field, I guess the order still has relation with
R/3).
If the order has relation in R/3, can you set TECO status on your PP order via T-CD CO02?
If you have several production orders, you can set TECO status from T-cd COHV
or program PPIO_ENTRY.
Production order is deleted completely when R/3 PP order get TECO or DLFL status.
(GR and confirmation does not delete PP order in APO).
Best Regards

Hi All,
Thanks for the response!
Greatly appreciated!
The problem is the user have changed the Production Version and Routing of the material which have an on-going Prodution Order. When this Production Order was set to confirm, it hang on the delta report and the APO was not updated through CIF due to change in Production Version and Routing.
So the problem now is how to delete this production Order and this hanged Queue.
Thanks adn Best Regards,
Raymond

I am not sure which version of APO you are working with. In older version (APO30) the production orders can be deleted using RLCDEL but in newer APO version it is not allowed using the same transaction. The program /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER is limited to Planned orders and does not delete the released Production orders.
There is another option of deactivating the Production order integration model for that particular material and run delta report (CCR). There is a risk associated with it if there are other issues/problems faced during activation of the integration model.
Can the orders be technically closed? It might trigger the change transfer to APO and orders might be removed.
Thanks and Regards
