unable to insert ref operation through trigger point to production order

Hi Friends,

while trying to insert reference operation through triggerpoint in time ticket confirmation the trigger point can not insert the defined reference operations in the order , but gives the following error:

Ref. operation set 50000004 is not valid according to the selection conditions

Message no. CO892

Diagnosis

The selected reference operation set 50000004 is not valid on 05.12.2007.

System Response

If default values have been maintained in Customizing, an operation is generated automatically.

Procedure

Check why the reference operation set does not meet the selection conditions:

1. Is it valid on 05.12.2007?

2. Is lot size 1 EA within its validity area?

3. Is the selection ID for routing selection (Customizing: order type- dependent parameters) of a type that allows reference operation sets to be selected?

4. If the reference operation set has a change number, is it valid for production on 05.12.2007?

I HAVE CHECKED THE VALIDITY AND THE CONFIG RELATED TO ORDER TYPE DEPENDANT PARAMETERS . BUT CAN NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.

PLEASE SUGGEST THE SOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE.

check in opeb for your routing selection id whether reference op set s

has been assigned .

Routing selection id is 01

priority 2

Task list type s

usage 1

status 4

In OPL8, what is the selection ID?

For this selection ID in OPJF TL type S is attached or not? check this. If not create a entry as below

ID = 01

SP = next serial number in 01 id line let us say 9

TL type = S(ref operation set)

Usage = 1

Status = 4.

with thi setting it will work
