Production order deletion..?

Hi gurus

Can anybody explain me how to delete the Production order in SAP.

1.i want to delete the Production order becas i need to delete the reservation which was created automatically.

Very urgent..

Hi,

If you need to delete, pls go to Production Order then functions then deletion flag and set activate and save.

Then your process order will be deleted.

Hi,

For deletion of reservation set the Status to TECO.

It is not required to Delete the production Order.

It you really want to Delete the Production Order revert for further discussion.

Hi,

follow the path : Go to CO02 ---> Functions -> Restrict Processing--> Technically Complete

and then save the changes.

If any doubt revert the same.

Hi,

There are number of dependencies to set the DLFL.

1. No Costs should be on the order ( Settlement should have happened already).

2. No COGI and/or COFC entries..

3. No PCNF (Both at Order Header Level and Operation Level).

4. No open PurReq. against this Order.

Etc..

after getting Co432 goto order header and choose menu

Goto / Logs / Deletion flag

an tell us which errors are listed their.
