My customer has a error message.

Can't add the sales quotation because of "Internal Error (3621) occured Message 131-183".

I tried both PL15 and PL35, and both of them are not working.

Dear Naoko Miyakawa,

This error message is not a bug in the database code, however it can occur due to the possibility of the TN stored procedure having an invalid expression in it, this can cause causes the TN to fail under certain conditions.

This is usually solved by database investigation to determine the actual point, and subsequently a running script specific to the scenario to correct the invalidity.

Therefore, I would suggest that you log a message in the portal, and our support consultants would have further analysis of the issue.
