Hi Gurus,
While creating Pull list for particular material xxx, in the dependent requirements of yyy system is showing one MRP element NProc. Which is also participating in the Net Requirements calculation for the Storage Location & for this Dep Req we are unable to find Header Requirements.
This particular requirement is not getting deleted even after the MRP run & even cannot be deleted manually.
What is the MRP element Nproc?
Srini
Hi Srini,
There are couple of OSS Notes to address this problem..
OSS Note: 837909 is saying to apply correction instructions in the Note.
OSS Note :633119 may also be useful..
Extract from OSS Note: 901146
=============================================================================
Symptom
Dependent requirements displayed in MD04 with material number followed by the string '/NPROC'. These postprocessing requirements can not be seen in MF47 or COGI and they can not be removed by the reports in note 95307.
Other terms
Stock requirements list, MD04, MF47, COGI, NPROC, postprocessing, planned order
Reason and Prerequisites
Dependent requirement is still linked to an order, however the Production version to the assembly material no longer exists in the system. Check in transaction C223 first to see if the Production Version exists. If it does then this note may not be useful!
Solution
In MD04 you can see in the MRP Element data field the material number that the dependent requirement is linked to, followed by the string '/NPROC'. Take the following steps:
goto transaction MF12 and enter the material and plant, then execute
view one of the entries to see what Production Version is assigned
goto transaction C223 and create an entry for your material, plant and production version assigned in MF12
goto MF47 or COGI and you should now be able to see postprocessing records for your material and plant
correct or remove the postprocessing entries
delete the newly created Production version again
MD04 should no longer display the 'NPROC' dependent requirements

Hope this helps..

Siva
