Hi All,

I have configured Transport route for Development server in Domain Controller. Updation and Distrubution is done from domain controller.

PRD is domain controller

DEV is member of domain controller (development server)

( Its two system landscape)

Both servers are running in Windows server 2003.

from both servers i can access the
<hostname>\sapmnt\trans\bin directory (doman controllers).

I have logged into member of domain controller and executed

SE38 ---> RSTPTEST all are successfull, except Version (Profile version 0002 is valid)

It says that Transport profile not up-to-date

Please help me to solve this issue.

Thanks in advance

regards,

pratyusha

Hi Pratyusha

It seems to me that when you activated the TMS configuration the file created at operating system level got corrupted.

I would suggest you to reactivate the configuration from the Domain Controle ( client 000 ). Before you do this, please check that the hosts and services file on both servers are correctly maintained ( PRD needs to reach DEV and DEV need to reach PRD back during all TMS activation steps ).

You will need to make sure PRD has an DEV entry in its hosts file, DEV has an PRD entry in its hosts file.

Also, for the services file, both servers must have:

sapmsPRD 36nn/tcp

sapmsDEV 36nn/tcp

sapdpnn 32nn/tcp

sapgwnn 33nn/tcp

Make sure you exchange "nn" with the correct instance numbers of DEV and PRD.

Regards,

Valdecir
