Calculation Schema on Quotations...

Hi people, ... Question .. , What is the Conditions Calculation Schema used by default when creating a Quotation ? does it uses the Schema related to the standar purchase order ? thanks !

Hi,

These are the standard pricing schemas used in standard SAP.

1) RM0000 and RM1000

For POs, quotations, and scheduling agreements

2) RM0001 and RM1001 for Contracts

3) RM0002 and RM1002 for purchase inforecords

4) RM2000 for stock transport orders and stock transport scheduling agreements

5) RMMP00 for determining the market price which can be entered for each material

Thanks for all your answers ! ... my issue here is that... although the standar Calculation Schema for POs is RM0000 , somehow , when i create and update a Quotation it seems to use Schema RM0002 . And this is generating a problem because the system is not being able to determine an effective price, and therefore i can´t compare quotations using ME49 ...

Hi,

Check the Base Price condition type (it should be PB00)

Go to M/06, for PB00, assign the pricing procedure as RM0000 and remove RM0002.

And check by creating new RFQ in ME41 and maintain quotation in ME47

Suppose assume we have defined two different pricing procedures i.e. one for domestic and one for import. In this scenario, how to get all condition types i.e. related to domestic as well as import in info-records and RFQs?

it comes from :

in Customizing for Purchasing, choose Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Conditions -> Define Price Determination Process -> Define Calculation Schema.

So whtever u have defined will be reflected...

Hi,

It is advisable to use RM0000, since it contains almost all the condition types.
