Hi,

Check your j2ee_admin user whether it is locked or not and also check the jco connectors,

it says that "#The User Authentification is not correct to access to the Portal Service"

Vamshi.

Hi Vamshi,

thanks for coming to my help. I checked the j2ee_admin user and its not locked. Ho can i check my JCO connections. All the connections say they are started, does this mean that they are working or is there any other way to check these JCO connections.

Thanks

Raj

Hi ,

Beside every JCO Destination , there will be option like Test Connection in Maintain JCO Settings in webdynpro content administrator.

Click Test JCO and check whether test is successful or not?

Hi,

You can check using the visual admin, services-->jco connections. Also login into to portal content administration then web dynpro then check all the jco connections.

Regards,

Vamshi.

All of you thank you very much for your responses. Finally we solved this problem by running the Diagnostic tool for SSO as described in the Note # 957707. This Note clearly showed what configurations we missed and errors in the UME. We corrected them and SSO as well as our Federated Portal are up and running.

Thank You for your support

you are passing logon tickets or using SSO by just user-mapping?

From the stack trace it seems that user authentication is failing.

HI,

We are on SP16 on our EP 7.0 and SP12 on our BI 7.0 . I used SAP best practices documentation to configure Single Sign On

Hi,

Try to check in SAP Note 138498.

What SP are you currently running?

There is a possibility that you will need to apply latest patches.

Good luck,
