With this blog, we like to make users of SAP HANA Cloud Platform aware that the SAP HANA Cloud Connector 1.x will reach end-of-life by end of March 2014. The SAP HANA Cloud Connector 2.x has been released as general available version in October 2013 (see [1]) and will be the version that is improved and extended in the future.
All users of the Cloud Connector 1.x should therefore plan in the migration to 2.x as described in the documentation under [2] and [3] until end of March 2014. Note that the whole migration is possible without application downtime and in a fully compatible way.
