After several webinars which we try to have every month to update our customers and partners on the latest development of SAP Gateway for Microsoft we just hosted an onsite workshop here in Walldorf. This was the first onsite meeting after our call toHelp shape the future of Gateway productivity accelerator for Microsoft ! (just saw that I would need to update the name from "Gateway producitivity accelerator for Microsoft" to "Gateway for Microsoft" as well)

To be honest, the location and room was not the most beautiful one (and it was hot in the afternoon...), but that was mainly because originally we expected much less participants. So it was a little hard to find and upgrade to a fitting room.

In the end we all squeezed in and I think we had a pretty good agenda. We talked about the current status quo of Duet Enterprise and Gateway for Microsoft, had an update on the PartnerEdge program and of course spend a lot of time on the current development of Gateway for Microsoft.

As we had announced a few month ago during the SharePoint conference we are planning to integrate in Office 365 and Azure. My colleagues genady.podgaetskyand nachshon.vagmayster2presented the latest and greatest fresh fromt he development track. We got a lot of very good questions and feedback and we will make sure to implement this feedback (if not in Service Pack 03, then hopefully in one of the next patches or service packs).

In our lunch break (next time: pizza :-)) we also had a quick chance to visit the SAP Pavilion where we could not only follow the 40 years of SAP, but also learn a few things about the power of HANA.

For me it was again great to share an update on our product, have some very good discussions and to see a lot of familiar faces. Some of them have been working with us for several years now and it is great to see more and more new faces who are interested to leverage Microsoft and SAP technologies.
