Manual quota generation

Hi Gurus,

I have a concern, We had hired an employee on 9.4.15 in company code 2000 and the transferred him in another company code 8000 on 10.4.15.

Now am not able to generate his quota in pt60 , it gives error saying customizing error in work schedule rule 2 AL 51 MDS...

Please let me know how to resolve this issue and create a PL and OL quota for the employee? or can i do something  manually

Hi

Please check the  following

Work schedule rule  is not configured for  : 2 AL 51 MDS.Also after configuring work schedule rule generate the work schedules for the above grouping.

Please check the groupings in the table V_001p_D , I, N,M and H for the PSG groupings related to the company code 8000 via sm30.

You must have the config settings done also for  various absence quotas.
