MSS Leave approval not appearing as line item

Dear Friends,

We are getting an issue in MSS:  Employee applies leave in ESS. Manager 's MSS it appears as Leave(No. of leave) but it doesn't appear as line item for approval.

Hi Friends,

Wrote to SAP. As suggested applied by SAP AGS,SAP Note#  2002786 solved the purpose and it has 15 related notes as attached. After analyzing them, only 2002786 was enough to solve the purpose.

Hi Niladri,

Check the KBA : "2109332 - MSS POWL Inbox : table / result list empty" and the suggested Note in it.

I hope this will solve your issue.

once can u change browser and check once or else any refresh button is there click it once for that screen and try once

I've checked different browsers. But no luck.

Also Applied note: 1937453. 

Checked below link but no clues. Finally raised an incident to SAP AGS.  Waiting for their reply.

first of all verify if the leave request is indeed gone to approver by checking in rptarqdbview have you applied this note 1975395 - POWL: Errors in rendering of various POWL data can you check with timesheet? if the issue persists?
