My lane in MSS UI5

Hi All,

I am facing an issue in MSS --> My Team

the My Team lane displays without any issues but when I click on the Employee card it shows, blank screen for Employee Profile.

Kindly let me know if there is any customization/activation required for same.

Please note: Expanded lane works fine, the issue is coming only when I click on a specific Employee card

can you change the browser and check ? Probably in firefox or chrome?

http://scn.sap.com/thread/3453633 there was a note too, which is yoru EA HR version? 2176586 - ESS UI5: Personal Profile application is not launching from Personal Data card like this we released?

Hi Siddharth,

Employee Profile on ESS from My Info lane is working fine.

I am facing this issue when I click on an Employee card in MSS --> My Team

Ideally, as per my understanding, it should show the same Profile as it is opening in ESS, but some how it is showing up a weird screen

Hi Bharthi,

Can you please check to see if you receive any error message in the Browser Console.

If so can you please share it.

Also as mentioned already, please state your current version/level of EA-HR

did you implement the note

2102788 - ESS UI5 Application - About card does not work correctly? and note 2102788 i agree above, you need to see what error we get in odata call in gateway?/n/iwfnd/error_log ? did you try different browser?

This is due to browser issue. The Employee Profile works fine in Chrome

we have issues with IE9 you can see notes for this. erratic behavior for IE9 at times
