Connecting WebDispatcher with SOLMAN- Technical Monitoring

Hi Friends,

i am trying to connect SOLMAN with Webdispatcher for technical monitoring. i have manually added dispatcher into solman and also i have install diagnostic agent on webdispatcher and i assigned agent to system.

i have assigned technical monitoring template to webdispatcher but i am getting this following error in system monitoring also in SMD Agent Admin.

Hi,

As per error screenshot from TM , webdispatcher error showing "cannot connect to service sapstartsrv"

So would suggest

1. try opening sapmmc console for webdisp through http://<hostname: 5XX13 port.

2. Check Note 927637 - Web service authentication in sapstartsrv as of Release 7.00

I issue same like the link u have shared.

I am using webdispatcher 7.41 but solman dont' have diagnostic template for that, so how can we create custom  template like him ?

Web Dispatcher not using SAPstartsrv for starting..

Hi Americo,

I have review these notes but not notes are not work on web dispatcher.

1 note 1890700 is based on ABAP scenario

2. 1939330 note's error is different then mine (its not authorization issue).
